Chief Executive Officer of Boodai Corporation since 1995, Mr. Boodai has led the restructuring and transformation of Boodai Corp into a sizeable conglomerate with leading publicly traded companies under its umbrella.

By the year 2000, Boodai Corporation began pursuing a strategy of entering into vital sectors of the services industry that have always been government owned and controlled.  In 2001, Boodai Corporation broke into the public transportation sector with the launch of City Bus, which became the first non-government-owned public transportation company in Kuwait and region.  In 2003, Boodai led the start-up of Kuwait's first non-government owned satellite television station, Al Rai TV, and in 2005 Boodai established Jazeera Airways, the first airline in the Middle East that is neither owned nor subsidized by any government.

Today, Boodai Corporation has major interests in companies operating in various fields, including broadcast and print media, public transportation, commercial aviation, aircraft leasing, logistics, commodities, engineering services, and distribution of heavy equipment.

Some of Boodai Corporation's well-known brands include: Alrai-TV, Alrai daily newspaper, Jazeera Airways, Hilal Cement, City Bus, JTC Logistics, and Boodai Trading.
